JADE Properties’ Mission Statement
JADE Properties’ mission is to add value to the properties we manage through providing valuable property management services to both landlords and tenants. We do so as we maintain the curb appeal of the properties while keeping the level of property maintenance in line with the owner’s desires. We endeavor to create a pleasant work environment for the tenants to enhance retention.
Over the last 10 years JADE Properties has provided management services to over one million square feet of commercial real estate properties in 37 buildings having 174 tenants. Currently, we manage thirteen properties totaling 262,000 square feet which have 73 tenants.
Our property management team has the experience, knowledge and level of commitment that is required to professionally manage a commercial real estate property. Our entire staff works as a team to achieve a variety of responsibilities.
Our property managers are creative, efficient, and highly responsive. We are experts at taking care of everything from move-ins, move-outs, tenant improvements, routine maintenance and issue resolution.
JADE Properties has established solid working relationships with numerous contractors. This enables us to obtain the best possible price on tenant improvements and repairs. These relationships, coupled with our continually updated market knowledge, provide a major advantage during lease negotiations, especially when quick, accurate answers are needed in order to make an informed decision regarding a request for tenant improvements.
